The Rotary Club of Rosarito La Mision is dedicated to assisting the communities of the Southern regions of Rosarito, Mexico. We work with the people within those communities to bring change and better living conditions.

Our mission: Partnership with the community of La Misión, Santa Anita, Baja Mar, Primo Tapia, and the farms in the Valle de Guadalupe to promote sustainable gains in education, nutrition, health, and quality of life.

Some of our projects have included:

• Purchasing and installing screens on the windows of the school so they can keep flies out of the classrooms during warmer months.
• Installing a water filtration system at the schools so they have clean drinking water.
• Helping finance a cafeteria at the elementary school so children can go to school full time.
• Volunteer at the local food bank to help pack up food for families in need.
• Donate 20% of our dues to the food bank each month.
• Facilitating eye exams and glasses to the children of the community.
• Volunteering at the yearly shoe drive where everyone in the community who shows up gets a pair of shoes for free.
• Provide funding for the school to install lighting in the classrooms.
